I started in 2017 as a sales manager, working my way into a senior manager then onto the VP of Sales
currently. I am living proof that with hard work and accepting challenges you can have a career that
progresses and grows into something amazing. I am proud to be a part of this team and feel I have
grown more as a leader at Sierra than anywhere else.

I have enjoyed working with Sierra Chemicals over the course of my 10+ years, I would say my biggest
take away from being a part of this team are the people I’ve had the privilege of working with bringing
different backgrounds, knowledge, talent, and experience giving me an opportunity to learn and work
alongside with to make me better at what I do, I also have enjoyed traveling to areas I possibly would
have never seen or even known about without those travel experiences here. I would also say that this
Company has given me a place that feels like home and given me the tools and confidence to build
